Agaru turns every heart rate in the room into a live effort score on your studio TV. Members chase their own limits, coaches call them out by name, and an ordinary Tuesday class feels like an event.
A simulated class, with made-up athletes. The real screen runs in the browser of any smart TV or streaming stick.
Same heart rate. Different effort.
Scores are calibrated to each athlete's own heart-rate zones, so a beginner working at their limit can beat a fitter athlete who is coasting. The board rewards work, not fitness level, and nobody gets shamed for where they started.
Three scoring modes per class: effort score, heart-rate zone points or calories.

One class, start to finish.
Before: book, walk in, scan the TV.
Members book in the Agaru app, in English or Arabic. Check-in is a QR code on the TV that changes every 30 seconds, so check-in happens in the room.
It works with the wearable they already own:
Apple Watch and Wear OS watches
Garmin, Huawei and others through Apple Health or Health Connect
Bluetooth chest straps
Or just the phone, using its motion sensors

During: one athlete on stage, everyone on the board.
The TV gives the stage to whoever just did something: took the lead, hit zone 5, climbed a place. Everyone else stays ranked beside them, and overtakes glide rather than jump.
From their phone, the coach starts and pauses the class, runs work and rest intervals, puts anyone on the TV, sends shoutouts, and splits the room into team battles scored on average effort, so the bigger team doesn't win by headcount.

After: a curtain call, then the receipts.
When the coach ends the class, third, second and first take the stage in turn, and the room hears a few more names: most time in zones 4 and 5, most calories, highest heart rate.
Each member gets their time in every zone, personal records, weekly streaks and badges, plus a match card to share on WhatsApp or Instagram.
